Q - Does the laser cutting effect the material?
A - Yes, as the laser is used to burn the materials it can leave a small amount carbon residue on the material.
Q - Does laser cutting discolour the paper?
A - Laser cutting is burning at a very high speed. Looking very closely you will see a burnt edge on lighter coloured stocks. This is more prominent on one side. So if you wish an antique looking product use the burnt side. If you wish a cleaner looking edge use the other side. Not sure? Order a sample before you place a large order.
Q - Can I arrange Pick Up?
A - No , Sorry
Q - Can you cut or etch a design I have made?
A - Yes we can, the design needs to be supplied in Illustrator. We can give you more instructions of what we require to provide you with a quotation.
Colour Samples - Free
To help you make the correct colour decision we can send you a sample chip of the colour you are looking at purchasing. Please email us sales@amazinglaser.com.au and include your Name, Postal Address and the Colour you wish to receive. These will be sent by standard post.

Order just 1 product as a sample or save when you purchase more.
Delivery
Amazing Laser will endeavour to despatch all stocked items within 3 working days. Orders are processed Monday morning and Thursday morning and will be despatched the following day.
All custom manufacturer printing orders and custom laser cut orders will take a longer manufacturing time. Delivery within Australia via Registered Posted for secure tracking and delivery of goods.
We will be sending your product using Australia Posts Registered Mail Service.
Returns & Claims
Due to our large colour range all orders are made to order, please select your product and colours carefully. We accept product returns within 7 days from our despatch date for errors made by Amazing Laser. Claims for shortages and damaged products must be reported within 7 days of our despatch date. We will not accept sample returns or claims (order under 10 units are classed as samples). Products marked for sale are non-returnable. All custom manufacturer printed products or custom laser cut/marked products are non-refundable. We will credit funds less all charges we have already incurred, this return will be via EFT.
Ordering, Payments
We use the very secure Paypal Merchant facilities as they are the world leader in online purchasing security. We accept major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard. Sorry we do not accept American Express or Dinners.

All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of 10% GST. So our shopping cart will add 10% GST to your order.
